The House at Blue Hour

Client
A red-rock view home, listed at the top of its market
Runtime
60-second listing film + twilight stills

The vision

Every listing in this price range has daylight photos. Almost none have the fifteen minutes after the sun drops behind the rocks, when the house glows from inside and the sky goes from copper to ink. We shoot the walkthrough in daylight for clarity and save the film for blue hour — one slow move through the house, lights on, ending on the terrace as the last color leaves the rocks. The buyer should feel what it's like to live here at the exact moment they'd want to.
